Tucker the Artist

Tucker, my son, loves to draw and we have his art all over the house. He did a picture of him and his brother. I decided to scan it and see how it would digitize. I added the wording to the drawing to put on a shirt for him. It came out so cute. Really this picture doesn't do it justice. I'm going to add the artwork without the wordng to my Mama B. Stitchin Etsy store soon. Really cute and a quick stitch.

How Cute Are These?

My son, Tucker, is in kindergarden and turning 6 next Monday. For those that don't know Tucker is a latetalker and has kept us very worried for many years. Last year at his older sisters birthday party he asked for one for himself and this is the year. We are very excited and so happy he has his friends coming to celebrate this special day. I'm working on goody bags and I need to make a shirt but these are the jeans I embroidered and appliqued for him. I bought these second hand at Goodwill and thought they were in perfect shape until I got home and saw a tiny rip. It may have happened at home because it's not like me to miss things like that. I put on the decorative patches to hide the tiny hole. The monkey's were digitized from clipart from JDS Clipart. These are for sale in Mama B. Stitchin's Etsy store. Tucker is thrilled with his jeans and we are thrilled with him!!!

I finally have some embroidery files done and listed in my Etsy store. These stitched out flawlessly for me. I have more I need to test stitch and as soon as I do I'll have those listed.

I finally broke down and bought digitizing software. I really love it and have done a few designs with it. I will be doing some designs to resell and some for my own private use. These two will not be made for sale as an embroidery file and will be exclusively for Yazzybabe Designs. I will be listing these two on Ebay. One is a size 2T and the other a size 4T. How cute is this set? I bought these adorable jeans from a wonderful Ebay seller turnips_n_taters. If you click on her name it'll take you to her current auctions. The jeans and the little pocket book are incredible and definately a must have!!! I made the shirt to match using Michael Miller China Doll Fabric. Now if you buy those gorgeous jeans I can make you a matching top. :o) That's my little cutie Teagan modeling the set.

Helping the Earthquake Victims in China

Ever since joining the Boutique Angels I can't help but want to list more charity auctions. My first of two charity auctions for the earthquake victims in China just ended on Ebay. I have another one listed for two yards of Michael Miller China Fabric. It's sitting at $10 so it's still a great deal! I'm planning on listing a couple more within the next couple of days. Mackenzie's New Set

My sweet little Mackenzie was having a Mom's and Muffins event at school today followed by a 2nd grade sing along. This is the set I made for her. It was a huge hit with all the other mom's!!! As you can tell she was thrilled with it.
